APSCC receives the ISOL NGO Award for Value-Based Sustainable Organizations

Presented at the valedictory of the International Conference on Holistic Organisational Sustainability, Pondicherry University.

A key highlight of the valedictory ceremony was the presentation of the ISOL NGO Award on Value-Based Sustainable Organizations to APSCC — recognising sustained efforts to advance sustainability through knowledge, community engagement, institutional action and values-based approaches.

The two-day International Conference on Holistic Organisational Sustainability: Integrating Knowledge Systems, Spirituality and ESG concluded at Pondicherry University, bringing together international academics, practitioners and sustainability leaders to examine emerging approaches to responsible, values-driven organisations.

The conference was jointly organised by the Department of Management Studies, Pondicherry University, and ISOL Global Foundation, USA, in collaboration with Washburn University (USA), the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan (Canada), and The New School, New York (USA). The ISOL Corporate Award was presented to Eaton Power Quality Pvt. Ltd.

Global perspectives on sustainability

Five plenary sessions featured distinguished speakers, addressing spirituality and sustainability, ESG integration, integrated reporting, performance measurement, accountability, and culturally grounded approaches to organisational transformation.

Indigenous Knowledge Systems panel

A dedicated panel on Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS), moderated by Prof. P. Natarajan, brought together Vengadessane Nadradjane, Prof. Aravind Jastoria and Mr. Sanjeev Ranganathan — examining the role of indigenous knowledge across law, technology, governance and industry.
